BRIGHTON HISTORY WEEK

Brighton History Week began in 2013 as a two-day Open House and has evolved into a history variety show and an open house. Music has enhanced the show as local duo RandR have participated since 2016.

RandR is a great local musical duo who love performing in the shows. Their wide mix of tunes and engaging performances are a key part of the Brighton History Week shows. Audiences can learn about local history and enjoy good music - at the same time. RandR returns each year by popular demand. The guys are Ray Hebert (below) and Ralph De Jonge.
Popup speakers share the stage to tell their particular stories. Here is Dan Thompson telling us about his experiences with his rock and roll band playing at Presqu'ile Pavilion in the 1960s, during Dance Hall Daze in 2015.
